變形測量系統(tǒng)的變形放大器單元是電子萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)的主要組成部分之一,它的主要功能是把傳感器產(chǎn)生的微弱信號加以放大,處理后送到數(shù)顯表或者計(jì)算機(jī),從而把試樣所承受的變形值記錄或顯示出來。

現(xiàn)在大多數(shù)變形單元采用單芯片24位超低噪聲模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器,此芯片集信號放大,A/D轉(zhuǎn)換于一身。由于本套變形單元具有“以單芯片為核心,外圍電路少”的特點(diǎn),因此本系統(tǒng)具有精度高,穩(wěn)定性能好,線性誤差小,抗干擾能力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。合理的設(shè)計(jì),良好的工藝布局使放大器穩(wěn)定性極好。它與放大器相聯(lián)的單片計(jì)算機(jī)單元,作為主機(jī)的心臟,負(fù)責(zé)整機(jī)的放大器量程變換、數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、試驗(yàn)方式選擇及液晶顯示,直讀的數(shù)字量化,同時(shí)可以把這些數(shù)據(jù)通過RS232口輸出,通過RS232口也可以接受其它設(shè)備的指令。由于采用單片計(jì)算機(jī)控制,本單元具有自動(dòng)調(diào)零的功能,調(diào)零時(shí),只需在主界面按清零鍵即可全程自動(dòng)清零,清零時(shí)間極短。
